Calcitra works fully without an account. An account is only created if you turn on Cloud sync (an optional Pro feature) by signing in with your email. You can delete that account and all associated data at any time using either method below.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
- Open Calcitra.
- Go to Settings → Cloud sync.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Your account and all cloud‑synced data are deleted immediately, and you're signed out.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@msetuapps.com from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Calcitra account". We verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Calcitra account (your email sign‑in / authentication record).
- All cloud‑synced data tied to your account: favourites, calculation history, and custom calculators.
This data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered. Any copies in routine encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
What is kept
- Anonymous Aggregate usage analytics (e.g. which calculators are popular) are not linked to your identity and cannot be traced back to you, so they are not deleted.
- On your device Data stored only on your phone (local favourites, history, settings) is not on our servers — it is removed when you clear it in the app or uninstall Calcitra.
- Google Play Purchase and subscription records are held by Google Play, not by us. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account.
